GLT: Green Leaf Thresholding
Our Green Leaf Threshing (GLT) plant converts cured green leaf into export-ready lamina and stem. The PLC-controlled hybrid line processes up to 6,000 kg per hour: leaf is first conditioned with steam and moisture, then passed through multiple stages of threshers and classifiers that separate the lamina from the stem with minimal breakage. The lamina and stem are re-dried to safe moisture levels and packed in C-48 cartons, producing consistent Tipped & Threshed strips, hand strips, stems and scrap for international buyers.

PMD for Cut Tobacco
Our Primary Manufacturing Department (PMD) turns processed leaf into cost-effective, high-quality cut rag blends. In-house lamina is blended with Toasted Burley, DIET (expanded lamina) and CRES (cut rolled expanded stem) to match each client's taste, nicotine and budget profile. The blend is conditioned, cased, cut to precise width, dried and top-flavoured to a filling value of 5.5 – 6.0 cm³/g, then sealed in nitrogen-flushed OxyLow SMART packaging to protect aroma and freshness during global shipment.
